Story
It's been five generations after the first war between Samurai and Shinobi. The five villages were founded shortly after and there has never been a war between them. Until now, all five villages have been off limits to the outside world, however the gates have been opened and ninja were allowed to travel between. But suddenly, kage are falling ill and no one knows who's behind it. The Hokage and Raikage both lie in comatose state, awaiting an answer as to what put them there.

Weakness: B-rank or higher Doton can counter this. Also, if another person aims raiton at his tentacles, the raiton technique gains a plus one and electrocutes Itome. However, if Itome is the one focusing Raiton, it will not electrocute him.

Weakness: Many damaging S-rank attacks cover a range far higher then 8x8, so this portal will not be able to redirect it all.

They will wake up on a bed, or wherever the last time they went to bed, thinking that the whole thing is a dream. The rest of the day will play out, and the victim's dreams will be granted. The victim will live out the rest of there life until they die of old age. Then, they will wake up in the same place they woke up again, the genjutsu placing heavy influence in the victim's mind that the previous life they envisioned was all but a dream. This repeats until the Genjutsu is broken.
