Description: Performing the required handseals, dray channels his raiton charge from within and out of his hands to from two tigers of raiton from each hand. This tigers run towards the target in a zig zag manner and at taijutsu adept speeds. This tigers are kill to death. They chase their target to death until they are destroyed. If they catch up with him/her, they will bite and send all the electricity within them into the target.
Defensively, dray can send them out of his hands but still have their raiton tail attached to his hand like a leash. This tigers would circled in front of dray like a shield to block incoming attacks.
"Weakness? Bump to B rank. What can destroy the tigers? Are they the size of two fully grown tigers?"

weakness:they tigers are just the size of big cats not actual tigers and b rank and above jutsu would destroy them.

Description: This jutsu allows the user to absorb any lightning jutsu directed at him or her, save it up for use within three posts or expel it in any direction.
Weakness: Absorbing S rank lightning will render the user unable to use non- lightning techniques for two posts. No absorbing S-Rank jutsu. This needs a trigger, so you can't just passively absorb lighting even if you don't expect it, preferably hand seals or holding one hand seal during the whole instant the jutsu is hitting you. Needs a limit to how many lightning jutsu can be "stored" at a time.

Description: Performing the necessary handseals, the user can postpone the user of this jutsu within it's duration. what? Upon contact with a target, the user can absorb this target into himself. The target absorbed lives unconsciously inside the user and can be ejected at any time for any reason. Everything the user target? has still remains after being absorbed. It's more like they are transferred to a different compartment within the user and not dead exactly.
Weakness: Number of targets absorbed at a time can just be two. The number of target living in the absorption compartment cannont be more than five. Either one target is ejected to let another come in. this should only be usable on dead bodies, I don't see it specified anywhere. If usable on live people it needs to have sustained contact for like a three seconds. Even then I will put this on the fence due to similarities to Kamui.
