Description:After the hand seals.The user blows a destructive gust of wind that also has good cutting power at any direction he is facing, the wind is capable of cutting and killing anything in it's path ranging from steel,large trees,concrete,hard timber,summons and people.
It is capable of  creating a path through them,the path made creates an hollow of the shape of the gust of wind into the object blown into. The jutsu will vanish after travelling 30m if it cannot be stopped by a strong C rank defense technique(especially one that is harder than steel) or or any rank higher than C rank.
Weakness:  It makes the opponent unable to see whatever is in their front since the high gust of wind creates a little wind that that blows past anywhere it has passed when fired. The wind being blown back can cause sand to be lodged Into the eyes of the user. It  also makes the opponents eyes to lurch since the air is blowing seriously in his eyes causing tears to come out(like when a person opens his eyes where there is a wind blowing rigorously)

Description: After performing the necessary hand seals,A snake is created and a mark appears above the abdomen of the user.The user can also send the seal to the sname, the user can make the snake dispatch the seal to wherever he instructs the serpent to, its as transparent as the jelly fish, the snake can be controlled in a range of 30m around the user,it can be given an instructions by the user which can save the user the extra cost of controlling this serpent in a tough battle where he would need hand seals to control the movement of the snake.
The serpent is capable of swimming and is capable of travelling underground,once it bites anything the object would be sealed inside the object or person the seal has been placed,The user can also exhibit a variation of this jutsu in which no seal appears, but once the snake bites Its victim,they are paralysed and made immobile
Weakness:The snake takes 1.3 second to emerge,during that period the user is vulnerable to attacks.But a fuinjutsu adept can negate this vulnerability

Description: The user after performing the hand seals,releases chakra from anywhere they wish from their body by gathering chakra there and then releasing it from any part of their body, this is capable of making the victim lose control and makes them unable to keep up a jutsu they've been using before the shockwave touched them as it disrupts the opponent's chakra.It also serves as a form of genjutsu cancel as it is able to disrupt the caster and the victim's chakra flow
2.The jutsu can only dispel genjutsu or techniques of the same rank or of lower rank depending on the amount of chakra added to define its rank

denied. jutsu like these at least are similar to limited jutsu most of which of are high ranking and require mastery at the last in said skill.

Its a seal on your body? that can move around bite and 'poison' people and then seal them? into yourself?

It also serves as a genjutsu cancel technique to cancel genjutsu on any one it touches,an element can be added to the technique, a fuuton chakra would make the shockwave cut what it touches, a katon chakra in it makes it to burn whatever it touch

Again these defensive chakra cloaks are too similar to something like lra or a bijuu cloak. Even if I were to approve this it would only stop jutsu of the same rank or lower.

The chakra disruption jutsu isn't a cloak and it disrupts the victim's chakra which can make them lose control of the technique they are on ultimately leading the jutsu to fail and crumble, the chakra coating technique can be done by a genin,neji used it against Naruto in season 4.The snake can't poison people, but its bite can seal the victim to anywhere the seal is

Besides I won't use it yet, after I rank up in ninjutsu taijutsu and the rest,that's when I'll add it to my info card

if any of the other jutsu you just listed are hyuuga jutsu then you should know that they wont be approved.

Also making a jutsu multi element capable usually indicates its a higher rank than most basic jutsu of one element

Lol,its not Hyuuga specific, its just coating chakra around their bodies,its a thing done with chakra control and the Hyuuga were never seen telling anyone that its a clan's technique.. However I'll edit the element part and remove it.No offence but the vacuum palm is not in any way related to any of the above jutsus.and a defensive cloak is not among the uses of any jutsu there.The chakra coating technique is just covering yourself with chakra and it can't shield the user from any attack and can't see any technique similar to a limited jutsu
