"Wake up Utsukushi! Wake up! I'm not going to sit here and try to get you up all morning. If you want me to train you, we leave in half an hour." Shousha walked away after relentlessly attempting to wake his younger brother from a deep sleep. As the door closed on his way out, Grey rolled over on his side and grunted from displeasure. Nowadays he never got to sleep in no matter how hard he wanted, not even on the weekends. It was either training, missions or tending to his grandfather. He felt like a punk for complaining, but he was so sick and tired of the same routine day in and day out. He just wished he could skip over everything and be done with this garbage. Though, somewhere in the back of his mind he knew that this training would eventually pay off, especially in terms of combat.

He continued to roll, falling out of bed and hitting the floor with a grunt. "Fuck," he would say at an average volume. "WHAT WAS THAT!?" He would hear his grandfather bellow as he scrambled back onto his feet. "How did he hear that...?" He would whisper to himself to where barely audible. From down the ahll once again the old man's voice shouted out. "I MAY BE OLD BUT I STILL HAVE MY HEARING. NOW WATCH YOUR MOUTH BOY." Grey quickly grabbed his clothes and ran to get into the shower, hoping that his grandfather would no longer be on his case when he got out. On the bathroom sink he sat his clothes as well as a towel to dry himself off with once he was finished bathing. He stripped naked and stepped into the white tub, turning the knob and allowing the hot water to pour down onto his body. Exhaling slowly, he smiled as the warm water poured off of his skin, slowly being absorbed in his cells.

After his shower, he walked into the kitchen, dressed in his training gear as he dried his hair vigourously with the towel he had placed for himself before. His training attire mainly consisted of black clothing. He wore a black shirt with black cargo pants that had holes in the knee of the right leg. With it he had a pair of brown boots on, to prevent his toes from being destroyed by the vigorous training his brother always put him through. "Alright Shousha, I'm ready to go when you are." Shousha, who stood at the counter, preparing something responding without turning back to his younger brother. "Fix yourself something to eat first. Today will not be easy and you will definitely need your sttrength." With a sigh, Grey went to the cabinet and pulled out a loaf of bread, of which he opened and removed two slices of before closing and placing back in the cabinet. He walked to the fridge and pulled out the stick of butter. "We're doing Taijutsu conditioning right?" He would say aloud as he walked to the counter before pulling open a drawer and grabbing a knife to spread the butter on his bread. He made sure it was sweet butter, as he enjoyed it on plain bread. His brother would nod and respond softly, "Part of being an Uchiha is being able to keep up with your opponent. You are yet to unlock your sharingan, but-" Before he could finish his sentence, the two turned quickly as they heard a massive thud against the table. Moki was now standing, glaring at Shousha. "I've already told you I do not want him learning that!" Shousha stared at the man and nodded his head. "Yes sir. Now please, do not strain yourself grandfather." After that little ordeal, Grey ate and the two made their ways out of the house.

Shousha looked down at his younger brother with a confused and scared expression. "What the hell was that all about? Why did Grandpa yell at you? What doesn't he want me to know?" Grey had so many questions. Shousha looked down at him once more and then back up at their destination. After a few minutes of silence and walking, he finally let out a sigh and said, "Sharingan." He shook his head as he said it. "Some of us Uchiha have the Sharingan. If you're anything like me, you'll get it too. It's a powerful device, but it pushes so many onto a struggle for hunger, a struggle for power. Its known as the cursed eye to many, but we just call it the Copy Wheel eye. He doesn't want you learning it, but what he doesn't know is I can't teach it to you." Grey looked away from the man, his brother, that was speaking to him and instead looked off into the distance and thought of what he was just told. He did indeed know of the sharingan before now, though he still had no clue how to activate it. "Why can't you teach me?" He would ask. Shousha just shook his head and looked down. "Its not that simple... It happens... Naturally. And don't ask me any more about it Utsukushi."

After a few more moments of silence, the two had finally reached the training field. Shousha stopped and looked at Grey before bowing. Grey was a bit confused as to what his brother was doing. "Uhh... Shousha?" Instead of moving elsewhere, his brother was simply stuck in the bow. After a moment, he muttered. "Bowing to your opponent is a sign of respect younger brother." He would say quietly. Grey's eyes widened suddenly. 'Opponent...' he gasped in his mind. Before he could say anything, he felt a sharp pain in his chest. The next thing he saw was his brother standing over him with a hand outstretched. "Not bowing is a sign of disrespect you know..." Grey simply held his torso and reached up to grab the hand of his brother. "Have you ever thought of slowly getting harder and harder on me as we train instead of just jumping with both feet in?" Grey would ask immediately before his older brother laughed. "That was only twenty five percent kid. You don't get it all that easily."

Shousha lifted Grey to his two feet. "Now get into your fighting stance. Use whatever you feel will allow you to move your hands fast enough to mame someone." Immediately Grey went into a boxer's fighting stance. He had a few classes before and felt most comfortable fighting like this. Shousha nodded and smiled. "Okay, now I'm going to throw some slow punches. I want you to catch them with your hand in order to protect your body." The younger of the two nodded and waited for his brother to begin throwing the blows. The first one he was easily able to follow with his eyes, and it was aimed directly for his chest. He caught it with an open hand, and it wasn't all that hard. A smile grew on his face as he did so. "Don't get too cocky." his brother would say before a solid hit connected with his abdoment right above where he caught the hand. All of his breath was instantly forced out of his lungs as he spattered for air. He bit his lip, resisting the urge to curse. Another punch was thrown, this one at his face. He immediately lifted a hand, catching the punch. Another was thrown at his body once more and he rapidly used it his free hand to catch it. As the two went back and forth with this, the blows began getting faster with time. Of course, Shousha was doing this effortlessly, however for Grey it would only get harder and harder as the two continued. Hours passed before Shousha finally decided to give him a break.

Grey immediately fell to the ground, inhaling sharply every two seconds, unable to stop himself from craving oxygen. His entire body ached and he could think of no way to fix it. "Why do you always-" he had to stop and take a breath. "-push me so hard Shousha?" His brother chuckled slightly to himself and looked off into the distance. He looked up at the orange sky, coated with light from the glowing sun in the sky. He let out a breath, and based on the scenery, one would expect some kind of aromatic fumes to pour from his throat, allowing his breath to become part of the world. He turned his head and looked at his baby brother with an unexpected expression. He had a giant smile on his face, all of his front teeth showing as he opened his mouth to speak. "Because you're my baby brother, and I will not allow you to end up like our parents. Now while I'm around." Grey's eyes watered up a little bit as he looked at the brother that was clearly holding back tears. "Oh... okay Shousha."
