The Bijuu Lottery Suggestion

Yo, I has a suggestion.

I think the lottery thing is a good idea, but it needs one change. I think if you roll a bijuu, you should be allowed to choose it. I rolled Chomei after 3000 ryo, and I am NOT happy about, but this isn't about that. Its just that I happened to get very lucky and rolled one soon. Most people will spend around 5k to get a bijuu and likely won't get one they want. They will prolly give up at that point or spend around 25k ryo to get a bijuu they want, and bijuu seem to be meant for Genin who do not have that kind of money.

Give some reward to people who get bijuu early, let them choose please if they roll bijuu. At least keep an open mind about it.

I say offer a trade to the bijuu winners. It's not like the Jinchuriki really got a choice in the matter. And if you offer choices, I can almost guarantee everyone will fight for Kurama... or at least most.

So If you win one, I say you should be able to trade it among the other winners.

That's it.

I think trading would lead to the fighting. If you chose a bijuu as soon as you rolled, or by order in which you rolled a bijuu, then there is no debate on who gets first choice.

I roll Son Goku, You have Seiken. The trade is optional.

If people choose, people are going to start with the Nine Tails and work their way down. This would lead to a war of "Kurama belongs to the leaf, hurdur" and other needless bickering. It's a lottery, not a giveaway. If you roll one you don't want, tough luck. It's not like Gaara, Naruto or Bee were like, "Nah, I'm good. Can I have Chomei maybe? Or Son Goku? I'm just not feeling Kurama/Gyūki/Shukaku"

But it's also tough to say because you rolled a Bijuu yourself and won. It wold only make sense that you would want... say... Kurama? I'd say you could sell it off, or trade with another winner.

I do see your point, Kaseki. But you also gotta think, Sasuke didn't choose Uchiha either, but in RP we got to choose our clan. It's what makes RP fun, you make the character that you have always wished was in the canon.

But it is also canonically more accurate that you don't get a choice in the matter, so it's tough. And you would not just work down the list, Son Goku and Shukaku are much more popular than, say, Saiken, who has more tails.

I don't see how it would lead to arguments though. Even if I, being the first person who rolled a bijuu, chose Kurama, there would be no discussion because you can just look back at the posts to see who rolled a bijuu when, ya know?

Well, naturally everyone thinks Naruto when you think Kurama. After all, he did attack Konoha. That being said, with everything that the plot entails... wouldn't the 8-tails fit Kumogakure ninja rather than a Sunagakure?

All the tailed beasts like to stay in certain regions, that's more or less a fact, depending on how you look at it.

The random rolls, to me at least, represent that random unpredictable attack on Konoha. Except in this case, Chomei appeared in Kumo, and Roku became our Naruto example...

However, being a forum, and not an anime, we do have a choice, I can agree on that. I just don't know about the lottery system overall in how it's chosen and decided. It favors Genin, should they SPEND EVERY LAST RYO THEY OWN... and everyone else turns poor with little chances. The cost should be less, and remained at random...

Or keep the cost, and let it be whoever wins the bijuu.

You should be able to downgrade based on tails.

Meaning if you 5 tails, you can pick of 1-5 tails.

I would suggest staff sit and discuss this but that might be hard since a couple of people who might not even know what a bijuu is have rolled it. Also, this forum is about 2-300 years after the canon so saying most tailed beast like different region is a No on my part. Rp is what you think. The only other solution is bijuu can be traded between winners not who rolls first gets vhiz shit bijuu or that.
