KKG Description: Anyone can join, but only 3 may have Sharingan.
Sharingan is one of the three great Doujutsu. The eye has many abilities, though they can be split up into to categories:
Eye of Insight: The Sharingan is able to see chakra flows in all forms as well as the color associated with them. This is possible within any form of sharingan. At a single tomoe the user gains a slight boost in perception and will be slightly more perceptive than those on the same Ninja rank. Upon gaining a second tomoe, the user will gain a full rank of perception, being on par with Ninja one rank higher. At three tomoe the user will gain two ranks and will be able to compete with ninja two ranks higher when it comes to reactions. The user is also able to copy movements and techniques of other characters after reaching at least two tomoe.
This allows them to mimic techniques used by an opponent before them. They can too use this techniques, with certain restrictions. In no case can a Limited Technique, a technique that is greater than the user's ability (including elemental releases they don't know) to perform, or KKG technique the user does not know be mimicked. After the thread is completed, if the sharingan character wishes to retain jutsu "copied" they are able to purchase the jutsu for 50% of the original value (Can be gained through purchase or WC training).
Eye of Hypnotism: The user gains Sharingan restricted Genjutsu that are triggered through eye contact while sharingan is in use. Each of these Sharingan Genjutsu must be registered ahead of time and will gain power based on the user's Doujutsu level. Common examples are Sharingan: Genjutsu, Sharingan: Hypnotism, and Demonic Illusions.
*Demonic Illusions can still be performed by the Demonic Illusion based clan*
Acquisition:
Sharingan must be awakened in character and a player cannot start with it. Upon receiving a powerful emotion the user's optical nerves will be infused with chakra, allowing the Single Tomoe Sharingan to activate. After the initial activation, the user will be able to activate it willingly. To acquire a Double Tomoe Sharingan the user must be C rank and devote a 1,500 Word Count training thread devoted to improving the strength of the sharingan. To reach a a Third Tomeo Sharingan, the user must be at least B rank and devote a 2,000 Word Count Training thread to improving the strength of the sharingan.
Costs:
Sharingan costs 20 Chakra to activate and an additional 15 Chakra every other turn for upkeep. In the case that the user only have a single Sharingan, the costs for these will be 30 for actication and 20 every other turn for upkeep. Those who acquire the Sharingan through unnatural methods such as transplant will be unable to deactivate their Sharingan at any time.
Fire:
All members of the clan start with fire no matter what. Those without Sharingan gain superb affinity for fire, allowing their Katon techniques to act as if they were one rank higher.
