Clan Unique Features: Physically there are no unique features of this clan. Although the clan members can communicate with spirits in order to gain knowledge and power. Most of the clan members originate from the land of iron and samurai, yet it seems to be that the blood line can also be traced in ninjas.
Clan History:
The Murasame is a clan hidden in the shadows, their legend has never seen the light of day. They remained forgotten through out the ages, yet their bloodline still flows in a small amount of people. The Murasame clan was originally two different clans. Both clans was split into two founders, Muramasa and Masamune.
Muramasa was a black smith, who created a blade that could cut anything, it used the power of evil spirits to gain incredible destructive power. On the other hand Masamune had created a blade that was gentle, this blade could not kill, yet it gave who ever wielded this blade the unimaginable strength of many kind spirits. For many years Muramasa and Masamune argued which blade was the strongest, the blade that could cut anything or the blade that could protect and heal. Both the original blades of Muramasa and Masamune were passed down from generation to generation, only the strongest of the clan wielded these blades.
The quarrel lasted from generation to generation, both the Muramasa and Masamune clan grew in prestige and number. Many people consulted them for spiritual guidance. The Muramasa was know to be exorcists, powerful swordsmen who captured and subbed evil spirits by using brute force and dark power. The Masamune on the other hand worked together with kind spirits to protect and heal those in need. It seemed that both clans where equal in strength. Yet everything changed when the rabbit goddess partook of the forbidden fruit, people now had the power of chakra in their hands. This caused a disturbance between the spirit world and human world. Many great spirits were furious that the humans had taken a step in the domain of the gods, a great spirit of destruction decided to come to the human realm and destroy the arrogant humans.
The great spirit of destruction was called, Asura, the deity of death. While the world was focused on their new found power, the Muramasa and the Masamune clan faced Asura. Both clan thought that they would be able to prove their strength by subduing the deity of death and destruction. Both clans managed to hold Asura back for many, many years, yet both clans suffered many losses. Despite the death toll their pride would not allow them to step down, they were not fighting for the world, no... they wanted to prove which clan was the strongest. Yet the eldest daughter of the Masamune Clan, Torahime, saw this battle to be foolish. She believed that the only way to defeat Asura was to unite the two clans. Torahime then brought the youngest member of each clan together. She knew that the older member would be too prideful, she knew that both clans hope was in the hands of the clans youth. Momohime, Torahimes sister and Kisuke, the youngest son of the Muramasa clan.
Torahime begged Momohime and Kisuke to work together with her to defeat Asura. At first Kisuke refused but was eventually convinced at Torahimes sincerity. Torahime, Momohime and Kisuke then worked together with the help of two fox spirits named Kongiku and Yuzuruha to forge the blade of Murasame a blade that had both the strength of the Muramasa and Masmune blades. Once the blade of Murasame was completed they fought Asura. Momohime wielded the blade of the Masamune Clan, Kisuke wielded the blade of the Murasame clan and Torahime wielded the blade of both clans, Murasame. The three was able to win the battle. Asura and was sealed inside Momohime. Both clans saw what they were capable of if they worked together as a result the two clans joined together as one.
The day when the Muramasa and Masamune came together to form the Murasame clan, this was the same day that the rabbit goddess was defeated. The Murasame then worked in the shadows creating peace between the spirits thus restoring balance between the worlds. From then on the spirits grew to respect the Murasame clan. Torahim, Momohime, and Kisuke remained as the main spirit guardians of the Murasame clan. As the years went by and the shinobi countries began to develop, the Murasame clan stayed with in the land of iron and became samurai themselves. Asura and the three blades where passed on from generation to generation, Asura was always sealed away in the strongest female member of the clan. Asura is now currently sealed in Natalia. Natalia also has possession of the three blades.

KKG Name: Tamashī rīdā (soul reader)
KKG Description: Every clan member seems to have good ties with nature, they can befriend any animal and can easily help plants grow. The Murasame clan has the ability to see, hear, and communicate with all spirits. This also includes the tailed beast. The Murasame clan can also see and sense people souls. Meaning that they can track people by locating their souls. The range of the Murasame's souls sensing reaches about 20 meters. However if a large body of chakra (such as a bijuu) is with in the 20 meter range, it will interfere with the soul sensing ability rendering soul sensing ability useless. The strongest ability that the Murasame clan posses is that they are able to harness the power of Asura, and call on the spirits of Torahime, Momohime, Kisuke, Yuzuruha and Kongiku.

Hand Seals/Charge up: The user must clasp their hands together and close their eyes and communicate with the spirit.
Description: This technique is not exactly Ninjustu but instead is a technique that allows the user to communicate with spirits that have passed away. The user can also use this technique to sense and communicate with a bijuu's tailed beast. Another ability this technique posses is it allows the user to select another person and temporarily give them the ability to see spirits also.
Weakness: The targets and spirits must be within the 10 meter radius. If the select person leaves the area of effect they will no longer be able to see the spirits. Another major weakness is, that the tailed beast and the bijuu will know that the user sensing or communicate with them. If the tailed beast or spirit is hostile and tries to attack the user, the user will enter mental shock and suffer temporarily mental damage, for two posts. If the spirit or bijuu does attack the user will pass will not be able to use any type of jutsu for two posts. (note this ability has no use in combat whatsoever, the summoned spirit has no mass or body, they will only simply phase through objects if they try to touch it.)
