Story
It's been five generations after the first war between Samurai and Shinobi. The five villages were founded shortly after and there has never been a war between them. Until now, all five villages have been off limits to the outside world, however the gates have been opened and ninja were allowed to travel between. But suddenly, kage are falling ill and no one knows who's behind it. The Hokage and Raikage both lie in comatose state, awaiting an answer as to what put them there.

Combat Skills

Stats are what make us unique as Shinobi. They decide where we shine as compared to others, when it comes to certain aspects. Stats can all be trained to master level. Anything beyond master level will be considered a buff. Buffs can be granted by certain techs such as Hachimon. Also, at certain ranks you can only have so many CS at a time. This is to prevent everyone from becoming a jack of all trades. These are the training limits per rank:

Genin: 1 Intermediate, 1 Novice
Chunin: 1 Adept, 1 Intermediate, 1 Novice
Special Jounin: 2 Adept, 1 Intermediate
Jounin: 1 Master. 1 Adept, 1 Intermediate
Jounin+: 2 Master, 1 Adept

*A single additional mastery may be given during events

Training Combat Skills

Training Combat skill is simple. Just simply provide a certain number of words in a thread in attempts to learning the skill. Similar to jutsu. The following are the WC needed. They do not all need to be in one post.

Basic to Novice: 700 WC
Novice to Intermediate: 1000 WC
Intermediate to Adept: 1500 WC
Adept to Master: 2000 WC

Speed
Determines how fast a user can move. This does not determine how fast hand seals for jutsu can be made. (The base for hand seal is 2 seals per second. Abilities can be gained to increase hand seal speed)

  • Basic: The user/tech moves at 5 m/s
  • Novice: The user/tech moves at 10 m/s
  • Intermediate: The user/ tech moves at 25 m/s
  • Adept: The user/tech moves at 35 m/s
  • Master: The user/tech moves at 45 m/s
  • Master+1: The user/tech will move at 55 m/s
  • Master+2: 70 m/s
  • Master+3: 90 m/s
  • Master+4: 110 m/s
  • Master+5: 150 m/s
  • Instant: Instant (Uncalculable)

Strength:
Determines the raw power of the user. All variables below are associated with amount of weight one can lift as associated with their body weight. This means if the value is 1/2, the user can lift half their weight. If it is +50, they can lift 50lbs more than their weight.

  • Basic: 1/2
  • Novice: Full
  • Intermediate: +50
  • Adept: +100
  • Master: +200
  • Master+1: +500
  • Master+2: +1,000
  • Master+3: +1,500
  • Master+4: +1 ton
  • Master+5: +2 tons

Chakra Control:
Determines the percentage of chakra reduction each jutsu the user uses has. This reduction should be applied to the base value before any further reductions are done. This cannot surpass Master Level

  • Basic: No reduction
  • Novice: 5%
  • Intermediate: 10%
  • Adept: 15%
  • Master: 25%

Intelligence:
Determines the rate at which one learns new jutsu. (Provides reduction for WC needed to train.) This stat cannot be buffed, nor can it surpass Mastery Level

  • Basic: No Reduction
  • Novice: 10%
  • Intermediate: 15%
  • Adept: 25%
  • Master: 40%

Endurance:
Endurance determines how long you can be beaten before you die. This allows you to take bigger blows without being destroyed. Invessting in Endurance allows you to increase the amount of health you have. This stat cannot surpass Master+1

  • Basic: No change
  • Novice: No change
  • Intermediate: Incoming attacks lose 1 Tier in damage
  • Adept: Incoming attacks lose 1 Tier in damage
  • Master: Incoming attacks lose 2 Tiers in damage
  • Master+1: Incoming attacks lose 3 tiers in damage

Reflex:
Determines how quickly you can react to something. The variables will be in speed and range. Be wary that you can nonly react as fast as your body lets you.
