Ninjutsu sealing technique

Description: After performing the hand seals,two seals appear on the users palms, the seals wouldn't disrupt anything Or the users chakra control,but after any jutsu has been done by the user,the jutsu would fade immediately into the seal on the left palm, then the seal would appear on the right palm,making the seal on the right palm to have combined appearances with the one on the left and the one on the right palm.Tthe user would then touch any surface and then send chakra out of that palm to release the seal there, the seal can then be activated by using the boar hand sign releasing it to at direction the user wants.Also if the jutsu is something that can be controlled e.g an earth dragon,after the jutsu pops out the user is free to manipulate it .However this jutsu needs one post preparation
Weakness:The user can not use any technique with the boar hand sign,if they do it would activate the technique and cancel the jutsu they were trying to make and would waste the chakra they've wasted so far on the jutsu with the boar hand sign.
2.cannot seal an opponent's ninjutsu
