Story
It's been five generations after the first war between Samurai and Shinobi. The five villages were founded shortly after and there has never been a war between them. Until now, all five villages have been off limits to the outside world, however the gates have been opened and ninja were allowed to travel between. But suddenly, kage are falling ill and no one knows who's behind it. The Hokage and Raikage both lie in comatose state, awaiting an answer as to what put them there.

Before we start, take a look at my clan, the Kiseimu, as we have the ability to make jutsu assimilating portions of animals into ourselves, and modifying them for different purposes, a choose your own evolution type of thing. This is based on location, and since I'm in Kiri, anything that can found on islands, misty places, as well as things in the mist, such as salamanders, are available to me, but not things like scorpions or rattlesnakes, for example.

Name: Shark Mode

Description: The user modifies their body to take on the enhanced properties of the great white shark. First, the user's muscles become incredibly dense, adding protection from most physical attacks from A rank and below. The next is that scales cover the user's body, these scales are small and do nothing when scraped against something going one way, but when going the opposite direction, the scales can shred nearly anything, including steel. The dense and strong muscles of the user allow a type of super strength, allowing the user to dent steel, crush boulders, and break bones with ease. While in this form, the user can heal any and all damage to their teeth instantly.
Weakness: The user gains a lot of durability and strength, however the user would still be the exact same speed, and can not use jutsu to enhance their speed in this form, minus the basic shunshin technique.

Description: The user has assimilated the electro receptors of a shark, allowing them to sense electrical impulses of people around them. This allows them to not only sense all electrical impulses from any living being around them up to their sensory CS rank to pinpoint accuracy, but this also allows them to slightly read people. By seeing the electrical impulses that happen right before a muscle moves, the user can tell what an opponent is going to do next, allowing him to fight completely blind, as this sense is all around his body. This technique is also great because those with the sensory spec can not hide from the user, as he is sensing the bio-electricity in their body instead of their chakra. While in Shark Mode, the user loses the weaknesses of this jutsu.
Weakness: Raiton ninjutsu can essentially overload the user's sense, causing them to lose their sensory spec for the duration of the topic in addition to whatever other effect the raiton jutsu has.

Description: The user enhances their teeth and jaws to monstrous levels, allowing them to bite down on something with insane force. This bite could easily rip a man in half, break most S ranked materials, and break through most S ranked defensive jutsu. While in Shark Mode, the user use this jutsu again once for no chakra cost.
Weakness: The only weakness to this jutsu is the range, as the user needs to be able to bite what he wants to target.

Description: The user modifies their body to resemble that of an urchin, growing spines out of their flesh and hardening their skin. This mode allows the user to fire their spines up to 20m away, although the spines are fragile and can be blocked by almost anything. The user's spines are venomous, meaning that if the spines puncture you, the venom will be injected into your body. The venom starts to take effect after 2 posts, where pain and swelling cover the effected area. At 4 posts, the effected area nearly doubles in size, and starts to experience muscle fatigue. At 6 posts, the effected area has spread to double the original size and now has moderate swelling and pain, as well as complete muscle paralysis that lasts until the end of the topic.
Weakness: The spines are very brittle and can be blocked by most defenses, and the user can only fire these spines once per post.

Description: The user modifies the spines that are fired from their body, and my setting up a small field of chakra, the user can effectively control the spines mid flight, allowing great control of them. If these spines hit, they will apply the same venom as the Urchin Mode gives. While in Urchin mode, the range of this jutsu increases to 30m.
Weakness: The spines must stay within 20m of the user, and can be blocked by nearly anything harder than clothing, unless the clothing is designed to withstand puncturing.

Description: The user starts gathering a massive amount of sea urchin spines just below the surface of their skin for two posts, before unleashing them in a 360 degree area around them. These spines are four inches long and apply the same venom as the Urchin Mode details. While in Urchin Mode, this jutsu can pierce through C ranked defenses.
Weakness: While being instant after the charge up time, the charge up time itself is a weakness, as well as the spines being able to be blocked like regular defenses.

Description: The user augments their muscles and outer layer of skin to that of a salamander, allowing them to secrete mucous all over their body. During this time, the user is incredibly difficult to hold using grapple or prison type jutsu if the jutsu needs to grab or bind them, as well as the user able to "skate" across the ground at blinding speeds(speed raised to M3 Taijutsu speeds). The user is also highly resistant to poison during this time, ignoring A ranked or below poisons.
Weakness: The user is a bit weaker to lightning during this time due to the mucous covering their bodies, allowing lightning to do 50% more damage.

Name: Regenerative Tissues

Description: The user uses their salamander modified body to rapidly start regenerating their body. Small scars, cuts, wounds and anything of the sort vanish instantly, and moderate gashes, burns, and fractures disappear after one post. Broken bones and large cuts, third degree burns all take two posts, and the user can regrow pieces of vital organs and completely removed limbs in four posts. While in Urchin mode, the user can regenerate even the heart and brain, which take six posts to regenerate.
Weakness: Requires a steady stream of chakra for four posts or more to keep being effective. Can not fully regenerate vital organs, such as the heart or brain.

Name: Salamander Toxin

Hand Seals/Charge up: 8 hand seals
Description: The user uses their salamander modified body to spew out an extremely thick cloud of toxic gas. This gas linger on the ground until the end of the topic, and is a thick purple smog that also blocks out vision. This poison must be inhaled, and when inhaled, rapidly lowers the victim's heart rate, blurs vision, and disrupts chakra control. After 1 post, the victim will feel a bit sluggish, their breathing slightly labored, and their heart rate start to slow. At 2 posts, the victim will have trouble controlling their chakra, making it impossible to use A ranked or above jutsu(taijutsu excluded). At 3 posts, the victim will begin to get extremely blurred vision, very slow heart rate, and heavily labored breathing. At 5 posts, the victim will fall into a coma and near death type state. At seven posts, the victim dies. During Salamander Mode, the poison can enter the victims' pores if they stay within the cloud for an entire post.
Weakness:Since it is a gaseous type poison, gas masks are incredibly effective, as well as fuuton techniques to simply blow them away.

Name: Anti-Vomit

Description: The user ingests a sample of poison or blood from a poisoned person and then rapidly makes an antidote within their own body by stimulating their white blood cells to fight off the poison or venom. The user can then incorporate this into their own body(meaning they are immune to this poison from now on). The user can use this jutsu again to vomit out a crystal blue liquid that acts as an antidote to the poison they ingested. This jutsu can also be used as an antidote to any of the user's poisons and makes the user immune to their own. The rank of this jutsu matches the rank of the poison.
Weakness: The user must be able to get a sample, meaning if for some reason they can't get to the victim, they can't do anything to help. S Ranked poisons need 2 posts of gestation before being able to be cured.

Shark Mode: Strength in Taijutsu tier please.
Electro-perception: So shark mode totally negates the weakness. p.p Why would you do such a cruel thing to the lightning folks?
Hell's Maw: Not seeing how you are getting through S barrier, or any barriers for that matter, with you biting it.
Urchin Mode: Approved.
Urchin Shot: Approved.
Urchin Bomb: Approved.
Salamander Mode: Hrm.
Regenerative Tissue: In my humble opinion, if the brain is destroyed then you are screwed.
Salamander Toxin: Decrease that range and give post limit.
Anti-vomit: It's a good thing that no one seems to be interested in poisoning folks... though with your sudden interest in doing so that may change. Approved.
